Daily intake: Twice daily, stir 2 g powder (= 1 level teaspoon) into 250 ml water and ideally drink with a main meal.
Time of intake: Myo-inositol can be taken independently of meals. Ideally, it should be taken with a main meal or in the morning on an empty stomach, depending on personal tolerance.

Storage: Keep out of reach of small children. Store tightly closed in a cool (below 22°C), dry place protected from light.
